Fried Whitebait

Greeks love this!
Just toss the Whitebait in flour and fry. Can be eaten cold aswell

Basic BISCOTTI

3 1/4 cups of flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sugar

PENNE ALLA VODKA

Penne pasta
1can diced tomatoes
Bacon chopped
Onion chopped
Clove garlic
1/3cup vodka
2 tsp sugar
S/P
400ml cream

Beef and Red wine Casserole

To be served with mashed potato and rice

White chocolate covered oreos

These are the best to take to someone's house or a party.
All you do is
Melt white chocolate melts, dip the oreos into it, then sprinkle anything you want on them.
Let them set at room temperature

Crusty Custard tart

Another Pinterest recipe. I just blended all the ingredients together in a blender and put it in the oven for about 25mins.

Sweet chilli relish
Onion flakes
